Credits: what you are charged for and what is free

1 credit = one AI check of one message. The credit is charged for the check itself, whatever the result: if AI decides it is not a lead, the credit is still spent. Your current balance is always visible in the app's top bar. What is free - Collecting messages in Telegram and Threads - as many as you like, zero credits. - Stop words and messages that are too short - filtered out before AI. - A keyword-only campaign - if the micro-context is empty and there is no analyst agent, AI is never called. In Telegram such a campaign is free from start to finish and works even on a zero balance. - An empty scan - when a search ran but the AI had nothing to check, you are not charged. - Template replies - fixed text is not generated, so it costs nothing. - Reactions to your posts - a reaction has no text, AI does not read it. - Lead delivery - the alert, the card, the handoff to CRM. - Your actions in the feed - the Lead / Not a lead decisions, restoring from the archive, editing text by hand and sending a reply. What costs credits | Action | Price | | --- | --- | | AI check of a message against the micro-context | 1 credit | | A check by the analyst agent | 1 credit | | Generating or refining a reply | 1 credit | | An AI-checked post on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky or Hacker News | 1 credit | The rate is the same on every channel: 1 credit per AI-checked post. A scan that checked nothing is free. Two checks instead of one If a campaign has both a filled-in micro-context and a connected analyst agent, a message goes through two checks - that is 2 credits. This is not waste: the first check is short and cheap, and everything it filters out never reaches the analyst and never spends the second credit. At volume this works out cheaper than running every message through a full analysis. Protection against wasted spending - After 12 empty checks in a row the campaign is paused automatically and you get an alert. - A daily credit limit for each campaign channel - set on the Limits and launch step. - One Telegram message is charged once across the whole workspace, even if three campaigns caught it at the same time. - If AI was unavailable and the check did not actually happen, the credit is refunded automatically. - If the agent could not produce a reply, no credit is charged for the empty generation. What happens when credits run out AI processing and the paid channels stop: messages keep arriving but are not analysed. Keyword-only campaigns keep working. A "You are out of credits" message appears on the Settings → Billing page. Work resumes once you top up the balance or with the next grant from your plan. We send warning emails when 20% and 5% of the monthly allowance is left, and separately when credits run out. How to spend less 1. Start with Telegram - collection there is free, you only pay for the AI check. 2. Do not leave the micro-context empty on external channels - it is better to pay for the check and get a clean feed than to sort through noise by hand. 3. Narrow the search with filters, not with the threshold: author filters and subreddits work before the charge, the analyst threshold works after it. 4. Check less often. Once every 4 hours instead of once an hour means four times fewer scans, and fewer AI checks to pay for. 5. Look into the block of keywords that never find anything on Home once a week and remove them. 6. Edit drafts by hand when you only need to change a couple of words: a refine through AI costs a full credit.

Plan and limits

Where to look Settings → Billing: the balance card (plan, this month's credits, carried over, from top-ups) and the plan grid, where each column lists what that plan allows. The "Where the credits went" row expands on click - to show what exactly they were spent on. Credits 1 credit = 1 message read by the AI. Collection in Telegram and Threads and keyword matches without AI are free; an AI-checked post on the external channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Hacker News) costs 1 credit, the same rate on every channel, and an empty scan is free. The full action pricing table is in the article "Plans and credits". When you run out of credits, campaigns are not switched off: keyword matches keep being collected for free, and AI verdicts and drafts come back after a top-up or the next monthly grant. Limits by plan | Limit | Trial | Starter | Growth | Scale | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Campaigns | 3 | 5 | 15 | 50 | | AI cores | 1 | 1 | 3 | 10 | | Telegram and Threads accounts (combined) | 2 | 2 | 6 | 20 | | Chats per campaign | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | | Tracked posts | 50 per campaign | 50 per campaign | 50 per campaign | 50 per campaign | | Channels | all 7 | all 7 | all 7 | all 7 | | Credits per month | ~1 000 (one-time) | 2 500 - 4 500 | 6 500 - 16 000 | 22 000 - 48 000 | The trial and every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Scale) share the same features and all 7 channels - Autopilot, your own posts, team and roles, custom agents, API and MCP included. The plans differ only in the numbers above. What happens when you hit a limit The feature does not disappear from the screen: the button gets a lock, and clicking it opens the "…available with a subscription" banner with a link to billing. Nothing breaks silently - the screen always states the reason. Tracked post slots The post limit is 50 per campaign on every plan (it is a limit on each campaign separately, not a shared pool). A slot is taken the moment a post is connected and is freed only by archiving that post in the campaign. The check runs when a new post is connected - older campaigns that already exceed the limit do not break. Tip: before downgrading, bring your usage under the limits of the lower plan - archive the extra campaigns or posts - otherwise the downgrade will not be available. Balance, top-ups and credit expiry

The Settings → Billing page shows your current balance, what it is made of and how long it lasts. What the balance is made of Credits come from two sources, and they behave differently: - Plan credits - granted on every subscription renewal; - Top-up credits - one-off packs you bought separately. The balance card shows the breakdown: how much was granted this month, how much carried over from last month and how much was added by top-ups. How long they last Plan credits carry over to the next month, but you can bank no more than two monthly allowances. So if your plan gives 10 000 credits a month, the balance can hold a maximum of 20 000 plan credits at once - the excess expires. Top-up credits do not expire while the subscription is active. ⚠️ Important: the oldest pack is always spent first. So credits you bought will not "expire sooner" than plan credits - the system spends whatever is closest to its expiry date. If some of your credits are about to expire, Telegrin shows it on the balance card with the date and the number of days. Topping up The Top up balance block - one-off packs on top of your plan: | Pack | Price | Price per credit | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 000 | €17 | €0.0170 | | 4 500 | €57 | €0.0127 | | 9 000 | €107 | €0.0119 | | 25 000 | €277 | €0.0111 | | 50 000 | €547 | €0.0109 | Pick a pack and press the purchase button. 💡 Tip: if you run out of credits regularly rather than once, moving to a larger volume inside your plan is usually a better deal than constant top-ups - the credit is cheaper there. A top-up is worth it when you need to cover a one-off spike: a season, a launch, a single campaign around an event. Balance warnings We send emails when you have left: - 20% of the monthly allowance; - 5% of the monthly allowance; - 0 - credits have run out. Each warning is sent once per level, so your inbox does not get cluttered. When credits have run out AI processing and the paid channels stop. Keyword-only campaigns keep working and keep creating signals. A "You are out of credits" message appears on the billing page. As soon as the balance is topped up or the next plan grant arrives, everything resumes automatically - you do not need to restart campaigns by hand. ⚠️ Important: messages that arrived in the chats while the balance was at zero are not analysed retroactively. A missed period stays missed, so it is worth watching the balance in advance. Where the credits go The spending breakdown for a period is on Home: the Credits spent tile plus the channel switcher. Campaign by campaign - in the Campaigns list, where each card shows Spent today. For details on exactly what credits are charged for, see the "Plans and credits" section, article "Credits: what you are charged for and what is free".
