In short

Telegrin has one free trial and three paid plans: Trial → Starter (from €27/mo) → Growth (from €67/mo) → Scale (from €197/mo). When you sign up you get 1,000 credits - no card, no time limit. When the trial credits run out, you pick a paid plan. There is no "free forever" plan. For large agencies and heavy loads there is Custom with individual limits - the Leave a request button.

Trial period

• 1,000 credits, every feature and all 8 channels: Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs (vacancies). Copilot and Autopilot, team and roles, API and MCP too.
• No card, no time limit: the trial runs until the trial credits are spent.
• Its own boundaries, so the credits last long enough to judge: up to 3 channels, 2 languages and 10 keywords per campaign; LinkedIn industry and company filters and searching all of Reddit are on paid plans; Reddit, X and Jobs are checked no more than once every 6 hours; no top-ups. When the trial credits run out

• Within the hour access is paused: you see Access paused, and campaigns and agents are paused.
• Your leads, history and settings stay in place. Click Choose a package - campaigns resume as soon as you pay.
• You pick a plan in Settings → Billing; payment goes through Stripe and is made by the workspace admin.

Plans

All plans have the same features and all 8 channels - only the numbers and the credit volume differ.

Monthly credit volumes by price:

• Starter: 2,500 (€27) / 3,500 (€37) / 4,500 (€47).
• Growth: 6,500 (€67) / 10,000 (€97) / 16,000 (€147).
• Scale: 22,000 (€197) / 35,000 (€297) / 48,000 (€397). Plus priority support.
• Yearly -20%: yearly billing gives the same credits, and they arrive every month.

Credits

• 1 credit = 1 message the AI read, however many check steps run inside it.
• On LinkedIn, Reddit, X and Jobs a credit is charged for every delivered post. On LinkedIn also 1 credit for every word that found nothing in a check.
• An AI reply is 1 credit; template replies and lead delivery are free.

Changing your plan

• Upgrade: only the difference for the remaining days of the current period is charged. The extra credits are added immediately - in proportion to the part of the period that is left. The next charge is at the new plan price, with the new plan's full volume.
• Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then your plan and credits stay as they are. Changed your mind - click Cancel the downgrade.
• Manage subscription opens Stripe's portal: that is where you change your card and cancel. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then access is paused. Invoices and receipts are in the Payment history block.

If a renewal is not paid

If the card is declined, Stripe tries again. After three failed attempts or three days without payment, access is paused. Your data stays in place, and as soon as the payment goes through, everything switches back on by itself.

FAQ

• Is the trial time-limited? No. Only by credits (1,000) - the trial runs until you spend them.
• Can I buy extra credits on the trial? No. Credit packs are bought on top of a subscription.
• How do the plans differ? Features and channels are the same; the number of campaigns, AI brains and accounts and the credit volume differ.
• How do I buy? Settings → Billing → Plans: pick a plan and the Credit volume, switch Monthly / Yearly -20% if you like, and click the button on the card.
