Scenario
A found lead should land not only in the Telegrin feed but also in your work tools: a Telegram bot, Slack, email, your own system via a webhook.
How it works
Deliverers - delivery agents - are attached to a campaign. There can be several at once; each new lead passes through them SEQUENTIALLY, in the order you set.
The Telegram bot is now a deliverer just like the rest: there is no separate "notifications to bot" checkbox anymore - it appears in the campaign's deliverer list alongside the others, and that is where you see and manage it.
Email is a regular deliverer too (August 2026). It has a cadence - how often to send: one email per lead, a daily digest, a weekly digest, or off. The weekly digest is the default.
Delivery order
The order is not cosmetic: it decides which system learns about the lead first.
- Open the campaign → the agents block.
- Each deliverer has a number next to it - its place in the queue.
- Use the Deliver earlier / Deliver later arrows to move it one step up or down.
The change applies immediately to the next leads.
💡 Tip: put the channel your team reacts to fastest first - first-response speed matters most in lead generation.
⚠️ Important: if one of the deliverers is temporarily unavailable (for example, the webhook is not responding), the rest of the chain will still receive the lead - one channel's failure does not stop delivery.
