Plan and limits

Where to look

SettingsBilling: the balance card (plan, this month's credits, carried over, from top-ups) and the plan grid, where each column lists what that plan allows. The "Where the credits went" row expands on click - to show what exactly they were spent on.

Credits

1 credit = 1 message read by the AI. Collection in Telegram and Threads and keyword matches without AI are free; an AI-checked post on the external channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Hacker News) costs 1 credit, the same rate on every channel, and an empty scan is free. The full action pricing table is in the article "Plans and credits".

When you run out of credits, campaigns are not switched off: keyword matches keep being collected for free, and AI verdicts and drafts come back after a top-up or the next monthly grant.

Limits by plan

Limit Trial Starter Growth Scale
Campaigns 3 5 15 50
AI cores 1 1 3 10
Telegram and Threads accounts (combined) 2 2 6 20
Chats per campaign unlimited unlimited unlimited unlimited
Tracked posts 50 per campaign 50 per campaign 50 per campaign 50 per campaign
Channels all 7 all 7 all 7 all 7
Credits per month ~1 000 (one-time) 2 500 - 4 500 6 500 - 16 000 22 000 - 48 000

The trial and every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Scale) share the same features and all 7 channels - Autopilot, your own posts, team and roles, custom agents, API and MCP included. The plans differ only in the numbers above.

What happens when you hit a limit

The feature does not disappear from the screen: the button gets a lock, and clicking it opens the "…available with a subscription" banner with a link to billing. Nothing breaks silently - the screen always states the reason.

Tracked post slots

The post limit is 50 per campaign on every plan (it is a limit on each campaign separately, not a shared pool). A slot is taken the moment a post is connected and is freed only by archiving that post in the campaign. The check runs when a new post is connected - older campaigns that already exceed the limit do not break.

Tip: before downgrading, bring your usage under the limits of the lower plan - archive the extra campaigns or posts - otherwise the downgrade will not be available. More details in the "Billing" section, article "Changing your plan".
