1 credit = one AI check of one message. The credit is charged for the check itself, whatever the result: if AI decides it is not a lead, the credit is still spent.
Your current balance is always visible in the app's top bar.
What is free
- Collecting messages in Telegram and Threads - as many as you like, zero credits.
- Stop words and messages that are too short - filtered out before AI.
- A keyword-only campaign - if the micro-context is empty and there is no analyst agent, AI is never called. In Telegram such a campaign is free from start to finish and works even on a zero balance.
- An empty scan - when a search ran but the AI had nothing to check, you are not charged.
- Template replies - fixed text is not generated, so it costs nothing.
- Reactions to your posts - a reaction has no text, AI does not read it.
- Lead delivery - the alert, the card, the handoff to CRM.
- Your actions in the feed - the Lead / Not a lead decisions, restoring from the archive, editing text by hand and sending a reply.
What costs credits
| Action | Price |
|---|---|
| AI check of a message against the micro-context | 1 credit |
| A check by the analyst agent | 1 credit |
| Generating or refining a reply | 1 credit |
| An AI-checked post on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky or Hacker News | 1 credit |
The rate is the same on every channel: 1 credit per AI-checked post. A scan that checked nothing is free.
Two checks instead of one
If a campaign has both a filled-in micro-context and a connected analyst agent, a message goes through two checks - that is 2 credits.
This is not waste: the first check is short and cheap, and everything it filters out never reaches the analyst and never spends the second credit. At volume this works out cheaper than running every message through a full analysis.
Protection against wasted spending
- After 12 empty checks in a row the campaign is paused automatically and you get an alert.
- A daily credit limit for each campaign channel - set on the Limits and launch step.
- One Telegram message is charged once across the whole workspace, even if three campaigns caught it at the same time.
- If AI was unavailable and the check did not actually happen, the credit is refunded automatically.
- If the agent could not produce a reply, no credit is charged for the empty generation.
What happens when credits run out
AI processing and the paid channels stop: messages keep arriving but are not analysed. Keyword-only campaigns keep working.
A "You are out of credits" message appears on the Settings → Billing page. Work resumes once you top up the balance or with the next grant from your plan.
We send warning emails when 20% and 5% of the monthly allowance is left, and separately when credits run out.
How to spend less
- Start with Telegram - collection there is free, you only pay for the AI check.
- Do not leave the micro-context empty on external channels - it is better to pay for the check and get a clean feed than to sort through noise by hand.
- Narrow the search with filters, not with the threshold: author filters and subreddits work before the charge, the analyst threshold works after it.
- Check less often. Once every 4 hours instead of once an hour means four times fewer scans, and fewer AI checks to pay for.
- Look into the block of keywords that never find anything on Home once a week and remove them.
- Edit drafts by hand when you only need to change a couple of words: a refine through AI costs a full credit.
