Balance, top-ups and credit expiry

Last updated on Aug 02, 2026

The SettingsBilling page shows your current balance, what it is made of and how long it lasts.

What the balance is made of

Credits come from two sources, and they behave differently:

  • Plan credits - granted on every subscription renewal;
  • Top-up credits - one-off packs you bought separately.

The balance card shows the breakdown: how much was granted this month, how much carried over from last month and how much was added by top-ups.

How long they last

Plan credits carry over to the next month, but you can bank no more than two monthly allowances. So if your plan gives 10 000 credits a month, the balance can hold a maximum of 20 000 plan credits at once - the excess expires.

Top-up credits do not expire while the subscription is active.

⚠️ Important: the oldest pack is always spent first. So credits you bought will not "expire sooner" than plan credits - the system spends whatever is closest to its expiry date.

If some of your credits are about to expire, Telegrin shows it on the balance card with the date and the number of days.

Topping up

The Top up balance block - one-off packs on top of your plan:

Pack Price Price per credit
1 000 €17 €0.0170
4 500 €57 €0.0127
9 000 €107 €0.0119
25 000 €277 €0.0111
50 000 €547 €0.0109

Pick a pack and press the purchase button.

💡 Tip: if you run out of credits regularly rather than once, moving to a larger volume inside your plan is usually a better deal than constant top-ups - the credit is cheaper there. A top-up is worth it when you need to cover a one-off spike: a season, a launch, a single campaign around an event.

Balance warnings

We send emails when you have left:

  • 20% of the monthly allowance;
  • 5% of the monthly allowance;
  • 0 - credits have run out.

Each warning is sent once per level, so your inbox does not get cluttered.

When credits have run out

AI processing and the paid channels stop. Keyword-only campaigns keep working and keep creating signals.

A "You are out of credits" message appears on the billing page. As soon as the balance is topped up or the next plan grant arrives, everything resumes automatically - you do not need to restart campaigns by hand.

⚠️ Important: messages that arrived in the chats while the balance was at zero are not analysed retroactively. A missed period stays missed, so it is worth watching the balance in advance.

Where the credits go

The spending breakdown for a period is on Home: the Credits spent tile plus the channel switcher. Campaign by campaign - in the Campaigns list, where each card shows Spent today.

For details on exactly what credits are charged for, see the "Plans and credits" section, article "Credits: what you are charged for and what is free".
