The Campaigns section shows all your searches. The Active and Archive tabs switch between lists.
What you see on a campaign card
- The name, the status and the channel icons;
- the campaign's keywords;
- the numbers for the period: how many were found, how many became leads, how many were not a fit, how many were replied to, how many are waiting for you;
- how many AI filtered out - as a separate muted counter;
- the attached agents;
- Spent today - how many credits went out and what the daily limit is.
If there were no finds in the period, instead of numbers Telegrin states the reason in plain words: scanning, no results yet; nothing found - check your keywords; stopped because the scans came back empty.
ℹ️ Note: one person can land in several campaigns, so the numbers from different cards cannot be added up - for the overall picture, look at Home.
Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The campaign is running |
| Paused | Temporarily stopped - manually or automatically |
| Draft | The wizard was not finished; the campaign is not running yet |
| Archived | Stopped and removed from the active list |
Pausing and resuming
In the campaign menu (the three-dots button) - Pause or Resume.
Pausing stops the search but deletes nothing: the leads found, the conversations and the settings all stay in place. Resuming puts the campaign back to work with its current settings.
A campaign can also pause by itself:
- after 12 empty checks in a row in an external channel;
- if you disconnect the Telegram account it was running through;
- the test campaign created at sign-up pauses after its first run - that is by design.
Editing
The Edit button opens the same four-step wizard. You can move between steps in any order, and a Save changes button appears at the bottom.
Everything can be changed: keywords, stop words, micro-context, the set of channels and their settings, agents, budgets and check frequency.
In the right-hand column Telegrin shows a What will change block - a summary of your edits before saving. While there are no changes, the save button stays inactive.
⚠️ Important: new keywords start working from the next messages onward. Messages that have already been scanned are not re-checked, so adding a word does not go back and search yesterday.
What cannot be changed
- Removing the last channel. A campaign needs at least one source - if you need to stop the search, use the archive.
- Adding the same channel twice. A channel appears in a campaign once.
The campaign page
Clicking the name opens the campaign with four tabs:
- Overview - spent today and the full keyword list;
- Sources - the campaign's channels with their price and status;
- Agents - the attached agents and how they behave in this campaign;
- Limits - daily budgets per channel and how much has been spent today.
Archive
The Archive menu item stops the campaign and removes it from the active list. Leads found earlier stay in the feed and the pipeline.
From the Archive tab a campaign can be restored. After restoring it will be paused - check the settings and start it manually.
ℹ️ Note: there is no separate delete for campaigns, and that is deliberate: the archive keeps the history of spend and of the leads found, and deleting would make those statistics incomplete.
Drafts
If you leave the wizard without finishing the setup, the campaign is saved as a draft and appears at the top of the list with a hint about which step you stopped at. You can Continue setup or Delete draft.
