Budgets, check frequency and launch

Last updated on Sep 03, 2026

The last step of the wizard is Limits and launch. Here you set your spending ceiling, the check frequency, and decide whether to look into the past.

Daily budgets

A credit limit per day for each channel separately. An empty field means no limit.

When a channel's daily spend reaches the limit, the campaign stops spending credits until the next day, and then carries on by itself.

💡 Tip: for your first campaign on an external channel (LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Hacker News), set a small daily limit. It is insurance against a keyword that is too broad finding hundreds of posts overnight.

Pause between checks

  • Telegram needs no checking: we listen to chats live, and a message reaches the feed immediately.
  • Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Bluesky and Hacker News are checked on a schedule. Pick a frequency: every 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours.

Alongside it, Telegrin shows how many checks per day that frequency works out to.

⚠️ Important: a credit is charged only for a post the AI checks. A check that finds nothing is free, so frequency barely affects your spend. Every 2-4 hours is usually quite enough: people rarely delete their posts within the hour.

ℹ️ Note for Threads: the available frequencies depend on how many keywords you have - Meta limits the number of searches per day. With many keywords the frequent options become inactive, and Telegrin tells you how many keywords the chosen frequency supports. There is no need to cut keywords - it is enough to check less often.

Scan the last 24 hours

A single switch, on by default.

  • On - at launch, Telegrin checks the past day's activity across every channel in the campaign and finds leads you may have missed. It spends credits on what it finds.
  • Off - we only watch new activity, with no past scan and no extra spend.

💡 Tip: leave it on for your first campaign - that way you see a result straight away rather than in a few hours. For test campaigns with broad keywords it is better to switch it off.

Minimum spend and the price of a post

Two reference blocks that show the economics of the campaign before it even launches:

  • Minimum spend - checks that find nothing are free; you pay only for the posts the AI checks.
  • What one post costs - which parts the price is made of: collecting and the AI check.

The exact number of posts cannot be predicted in advance - it depends on how many people write something matching your keywords.

Auto-pause when nothing is found

After 12 empty checks in a row, the campaign pauses itself and you get a notification about it.

This almost always means the keywords are too narrow, or phrased differently from how people actually write. Review the list, use the Suggest keywords button and start the campaign again.

Summary and launch

The right-hand column gathers everything: keywords, stop words, micro-context, channels and agents. Check it and press Launch campaign.

If one of the attached agents only works in channels the campaign does not include, Telegrin warns you about it. This is not an error - the campaign will launch, that agent simply will not work in it.

How long until you see results

  • Telegram - the first signals within minutes, as soon as a matching message appears in the selected chats.
  • External channels - the first check runs immediately after the campaign is created, then on the schedule you chose.
  • If scanning the last 24 hours was switched on, the past day's results arrive gradually.
