What Telegrin is and how it works

What Telegrin is for Every day someone is looking for services and products: in Telegram chats, on Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News, in job-board vacancies. "Recommend a realtor", "who does SEO?", "looking for a contractor". Tracking all of that by hand is impossible, and the deal goes to whoever replies first. Telegrin looks for these messages for you across eight channels at once: Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs (job-board vacancies). It covers two scenarios: - You are looking for clients. Telegrin finds the people who are looking for what you offer right now. - You are looking for a contractor or a supplier. A campaign finds the people who offer the service you need. How it works - 4 steps 1. Describe who you are looking for. Campaigns → New campaign: in your own words, write what you do and who your customer is. The AI picks the search words itself, and you remove the ones that do not fit. 2. Choose channels. LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs need nothing connected. On Telegram, the All of Telegram mode works without a connection too. A Telegram account is needed only to watch your own chats and to reply from Telegrin. Threads needs your Threads account. 3. The AI picks the leads. Telegrin collects messages by the campaign's words, and the AI reads every match and decides against the campaign description whether it is a lead. 4. Work with your leads. Matching messages appear in the Feed. You can write a reply by hand, get a draft from the AI or leave it to an agent. Leads can also go where you work: to the Telegram bot, Slack, your CRM, Grinfi or a Claude routine. Step by step - in the article "Your first campaign: step by step". Key concepts - Signal - a message or post that matches the campaign's goal. It appears in the Feed. - Lead - a person you have at least one signal from. All leads are collected in the Pipeline section. - Credit - the unit of payment: 1 credit = 1 message read by the AI, however many checking steps run inside it. On LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter) and Jobs a credit is charged for every delivered post or vacancy. The AI takes the facts for its replies from it. Details - in the article "Company AI-Brain". - Agents - the campaign's helpers: the analyst picks leads, the responder and the commenter prepare replies, the deliverer passes leads on to outside services. Who replies and how Every reply step in a campaign has a Sending mode: - Copilot - the AI drafts the reply, you check it and send it. - Autopilot - the reply goes out by itself, without confirmation. Works on Telegram and Threads only. Where the reply goes depends on the channel. On Telegram - to the chat or to a DM from your account. On Threads - as a reply under the post from your Threads account. On LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs you copy the ready text and post it yourself. ⚠️ Important: on Telegram and Threads replies go out from your real account. Start with Copilot and turn on Autopilot once the texts consistently suit you. Your own posts Besides searching by words, Telegrin tracks responses to your own posts on Telegram and Threads: whoever replied to the post (and on Telegram, whoever reacted to it) becomes a lead. Channels: Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs

Telegrin looks for leads in eight channels: Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs (job-board vacancies). One campaign can run in several at once - everything it finds lands in one shared Feed. Channels are chosen on the second step of the campaign wizard, Where to look. Channels are available on every plan. On the trial, one campaign can have up to 3 channels. You do not set the check frequency: Telegrin sets it, and the current cadence of each channel is shown on the campaign page, on the Limits tab. On the trial, Reddit and X (Twitter) are checked no more often than every 6 hours. Telegram In the channel settings, the Where to look block has three options: - My chats only - groups your connected account is a member of. You pick the chats yourself. - All of Telegram - public chats we already read, plus new ones we keep finding. No account needed, nothing to pick. - My chats + all of Telegram - both in one campaign. With any option you can tick particular rooms in the list Pick from the chats we already read. Your own chats have two more settings: - What to watch on Telegram: Chats (people in groups - leads come from them), Channel posts (news on your topic, you cannot reply to them) or Everything. - Monitoring rules: Keywords only - the AI reads only messages with your words; Every message - the AI reads every message, and each one it reads costs 1 credit. Only Telegram shows who reacted to your own post. Details - in the articles "Connecting a Telegram account" and "Tracking your own posts". Threads Search across all of Threads through Meta's official access. The campaign's keywords are the search query here. A connected Threads account is required: the search runs through it and replies are published from it. A reply on Threads is a public reply under the post; this channel has no direct messages. ℹ️ Note: Meta limits the number of searches per day for one account. That is why Telegrin sets the Threads check cadence itself: the more words, the less often each one is checked. LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky and Hacker News Nothing to connect - Telegrin searches on its own. The campaign's words are the search query here. We do not post the reply: the AI prepares the text, and you press Copy comment or Copy reply and post it yourself. - LinkedIn - the Author industries and Author companies filters (on paid plans). Checked once a day. Every word that found nothing in a check costs 1 credit, so it is worth removing words that do not work. - Reddit - enter Subreddits, or describe the topic in Topic to find subreddits for and press Find subreddits. Without subreddits the search covers all of Reddit; on the trial at least one subreddit is required. In What to read on Reddit you can choose Posts and comments - a comment costs the same as a post. - X (Twitter), Bluesky and Hacker News - the campaign's words are enough. Jobs Job-board vacancies: a company hiring for your topic is a company with a task. In the channel settings (What to look for on job boards) enter Job titles and Countries and cities, choose how far back the First search goes and decide whether to tick Show vacancies from recruiting agencies. New vacancies arrive once a day, each costs 1 credit. This channel has no language filter. What is free and what is not - On Telegram, Threads, Bluesky and Hacker News collecting is free: a credit is charged only when the AI reads the message. Whatever a stop word or the language filter drops before the AI costs nothing. - On LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter) and Jobs 1 credit is charged for every delivered post or vacancy, even if a filter drops it later. The AI check is included in that same credit. - A check that found nothing is free everywhere except LinkedIn. - A campaign is not paused because of empty checks. If it finds nothing for a long time, Telegrin sends you a reminder. 💡 Tip: start with one or two channels where your customers write most often. You can add a channel at any time.

Agents: analyst, responder, commenter and deliverer

Agents are the campaign's AI helpers. Each agent has one role. Agents live in the Agents section and are attached to campaigns; one agent can work in several campaigns at once. | Role | What it does | | --- | --- | | Analyst | Scores every message and filters out the noise | | Responder | Writes in a chat and in DMs on your behalf (Telegram) | | Commenter | Answers under posts - on LinkedIn, Reddit and Threads | | Deliverer | Sends approved leads to your CRM or messenger | One more kind, the Decision-maker finder, is marked Soon - it cannot be created yet. ℹ️ Note: agents are optional. Even without them, the AI reads every match and decides against the campaign description whether it is a lead - 1 credit per message read. Agents add their own selection rules, replies and delivery. The Agents page Tabs by kind: Analysts, Decision-maker finders, Responders, Commenters, Deliverers. Each tab shows your agents and our ready-made ones: - our variant - a ready-made agent from Telegrin. It cannot be changed: open it and press Copy and edit to get your own copy. - your template - your agent. An edit applies in every campaign it is attached to. The create button follows the tab: Create your own analyst, Create your own responder and so on. A new agent can start from a template or From scratch. Next to the agent's prompt there is an Improve button: the suggested version is shown separately and does not change your text until you press Accept (or Edit, Keep original). The analyst, the responder and the commenter take the facts about your business from the AI-Brain, so the prompt does not need to repeat what you sell. The prompt answers another question: how to behave in this role. Analyst Reads messages and decides whether each one is a lead. In the prompt, describe who counts as a lead and who definitely does not. The main setting is the Score threshold (0-100). Below the threshold the AI does not decide alone: the card comes to you for review. The higher the threshold, the more cards you review yourself; the lower it is, the more often the AI decides without you. The analyst's check is part of the same 1 credit per message read - there is no second credit for it. Responder and commenter The responder writes on Telegram - to the chat or to the author's DMs. The commenter answers under posts on LinkedIn, Reddit and Threads. The How it replies setting has two options: - AI writes each reply - tailored to the message and context, 1 credit per reply. - Fixed text - the same message to everyone, free. The Draft with AI button writes such a text from your business profile and the campaign - also free. You choose how replies are sent in the campaign step, in Sending mode: - Copilot - drafts the reply, you send it. This is the default. - Autopilot - replies on its own, without confirmation. ⚠️ Important: automatic sending works on Telegram and Threads only. On LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs the agent prepares the text and you post it. The agent replies in the language of the lead's post or message - this rule outranks the prompt. In the campaign step you can choose what to do if the language could not be read (If the language could not be read). Deliverer Passes leads outside Telegrin. Delivery costs no credits. The Deliverers tab shows your connections. To add a new one, press Create your own deliverer and choose: - Via Webhook - an event to your URL for every lead; - API connector - your CRM endpoint plus field mapping; - Claude - runs your Claude routine on new leads and replies (details - in the article "Telegrin → Claude: your Claude routine handles new leads"); - Slack - the Go to Slack button, then pick a channel; - Connect the Telegram bot - lead cards arrive in your Telegram; - Connect Grinfi - hands the lead to your Grinfi workspace (LinkedIn only, people only). The Telegram bot is not added to campaigns by itself. For a campaign's leads to reach the bot, first connect the bot: Settings → Notifications → Connect the bot → press Start in the bot. Then add it as a deliverer: on the campaign page Pipeline → + → Delivery → Telegram bot → Add step. How an agent gets into a campaign In the campaign wizard, on the Agents step, choose AI agents - the Campaign pipeline opens. Press + where you need it, choose a group (Analysis, Replies or Delivery), then an agent from Your templates or Our options, and press Add step. Details - in the article "Agents in a campaign".

FAQ - frequently asked questions

What is a signal? A signal is one message or post that the AI recognised as matching the campaign's goal. If you sell a service, a signal is a request like "recommend a good designer". If you are looking for a contractor, it is a message from someone offering that service. What is a lead? A lead is a person you have at least one signal from. If one person wrote in two chats, you get 2 signals but 1 lead. Leads are collected in the Pipeline section, in the stages New, In progress, Qualified, Rejected. What is a credit? 1 credit = one message read by the AI, however many checking steps run inside it. The credit is charged for the check, not for the result: if the AI decides it is not a lead, the credit is still spent. - Telegram, Threads, Bluesky, Hacker News - collecting is free. You pay only for what the AI reads; whatever a stop word or the language filter drops before the AI costs nothing. - LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Jobs - 1 credit for every delivered post or vacancy, with the AI check included in that credit. - LinkedIn - plus 1 credit for every word that found nothing in a check. - A reply written by the AI costs 1 credit. Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs (job-board vacancies) - on every plan. On the trial, one campaign can have up to 3 channels. Details - in the article "Channels: Telegram, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs". Do I need my Telegram account? Not necessarily. The All of Telegram mode works without a connection: we read the public chats. An account is needed to watch your own chats and to reply to leads from Telegrin. Threads needs a Threads account; the other channels need no account. Replies on Telegram and Threads go out from your account - to the other person it is an ordinary message from you, not from a bot. How long until the first signals? - Telegram - real time. - LinkedIn and Jobs - once a day. The first check runs shortly after launch. - Threads, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News - on a schedule Telegrin sets. The current cadence is shown on the campaign page, on the Limits tab. Turn on Scan the last 24 hours on the wizard's last step and Telegrin checks the past day right away. This setting is off by default. Will others see that I use the service? No. Nothing changes for chat members. Only you see the connection: in Telegram (Settings → Devices) a new active session appears - that is Telegrin. ⚠️ Important: do not end this session in Telegram, or the account stops working and has to be connected again. Is it safe to connect my account? Telegrin works through the official Telegram protocol, the session is stored encrypted (AES-256), and passwords are stored as Bcrypt hashes. We read only the chats you added to a campaign yourself and do not read your private conversations. You can disconnect the account in one click: Settings → Accounts → the account menu → Disconnect. What happens when credits run out? - The trial lasts until its 1000 trial credits are used up; it has no time limit. Once they run out, the workspace shows Access paused: campaigns and agents are paused, all your data is intact. To continue, press Choose a package. - A paid plan: campaigns are paused, and Settings → Billing shows You are out of credits. Top up to resume monitoring. We email you in advance when 20% and 5% of the monthly credit volume are left. Can I connect several accounts? Yes. The number depends on the plan, and Telegram and Threads are counted together: Trial - 2, Starter - 2, Growth - 6, Scale - 20. One Telegram campaign works through one account. Can replies be sent automatically? Yes, on Telegram and Threads. Add a responder or a commenter to the campaign and in its step choose Sending mode → Autopilot. The default is Copilot: the agent drafts the reply and you send it. LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs have no automatic sending. Why did a campaign stop finding things or get paused? - A campaign is not paused because of empty checks. If it finds nothing for a long time, Telegrin sends you a reminder - review the words. - Credits ran out - see above. - An account got disconnected - the Telegram or Threads account the campaign works through. Reconnect it in Settings → Accounts. - The daily limit is used up - the search continues the next day. Can I delete a campaign? You can move a campaign to the archive (Archive) - it stops working, and the leads it found stay. Archived campaigns are on the Archive tab, from where you can Restore them: the campaign comes back paused, and you start it by hand. How do I tell the AI that something is not a lead? Press Reject lead on the card. The question Why not a lead? appears with answer options. Answering is optional, but if you pick the same reason three times within a month, such posts stop reaching this campaign's feed. Why are there few signals in the feed? Check one by one: 1. Words. On the campaign page, the Keywords card shows how many messages each word checked and how many became cards. You can add a word there too - it starts working at once. A campaign created from a description has a Boost the search button: the AI widens the search. 2. Rejected by AI. Open this view in the Feed: it shows what the AI dropped. Found a lead there - press Mark as lead. If the AI drops what you need, refine the campaign description and the Who is definitely not a lead field. 3. Sources. On Telegram - are the right chats chosen; the All of Telegram mode gives wider reach. On Reddit - is the search narrowed to inactive subreddits. 4. Languages and stop words. Messages in languages the campaign does not have, and messages with stop words, are dropped before the AI.
