The Agents step decides what happens to a lead once it is found: who drafts the reply and where the card is sent.

ℹ️ Note: the AI check runs in every campaign, with agents or without. The AI reads every message found and decides against the campaign description - 1 credit per message. You do not need to add an analyst for that.

Two options

• Continue without agents - selected from the start. Leads picked by the AI arrive in the feed and you reply yourself.
• AI agents - opens the Campaign pipeline full screen.

Campaign pipeline

This is a map of the campaign. At the top are the Search channels, one column per channel. Below them is the AI check, and below that the steps. While there are no steps, the map reads «No steps yet - leads reach the feed after the check».

A step is added with the + button: it lands exactly where you pressed it. The Add step window has three groups:

• Replies - the Responder writes in the chat and in DMs (Telegram), the Commenter answers under posts (LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads). Which one is offered depends on the channel whose + you pressed.
• Delivery - where approved leads go: Telegram bot, Via Webhook, API connector, Slack, Grinfi (LinkedIn only).
• Logic - soon - follow-ups and pauses are still in development.

If the campaign has several channels, Telegrin asks where to put the step: Common step - every channel, or only the branch of one channel.

Next, pick a template from Your templates or Our options. Copy and edit saves your own copy of the prompt, + Create your own makes a new template.

For a responder or commenter, choose the Sending mode:

• Copilot - drafts the reply, you send it;
• Autopilot - replies on its own, without confirmation. It can send by itself on Telegram and Threads; on the other channels the reply always stays a draft.

For a delivery step, choose the Connection (or create one with + New connection) and When to send.

Confirm with Add step. A step on the map can be opened with edit or removed with its cross. When you are done, press Next at the bottom of the screen.

Alerts in the Telegram bot

The bot is not added to a campaign by itself. To get lead cards in Telegram:

1. In the pipeline, press + → Delivery → Telegram bot.
2. Subscribe to the bot @telegrin_signals_bot. If you are not subscribed yet, the step shows the hint «Subscribe to the bot to receive them» with a connect button.

The subscription is personal: each colleague subscribes on their own. More in the article «Notifications».

Which steps you need

One agent template can work in several campaigns - there is no need to copy it for each. How leads are split across several deliverers is described in «Multiple lead delivery channels and their order». A step that does not fit the channels

If a template does not work on the campaign's channels, the step is marked «does not work on the selected channels». It does not block the launch: on the Limits and launch step Telegrin warns that the agent will stay idle until its channel is added.

If the agent list did not load, press Try again or continue without agents - you can add them later.

Changing things after launch

• The Pipeline button on the campaign page opens the same map.
• Edit → the Agents step.
• The Agents tab on the campaign page: Attach, Detach, Replace, Attach another. Deliverers are reordered with the arrows: a lead goes to the destinations in turn, top to bottom.

Changes apply to new messages; messages already processed are not checked again.
