Signing up takes less than a minute. Right after you confirm your email, Telegrin opens the first-campaign wizard: in a few minutes you describe who you are looking for and launch the search.

Signing up

On the Create account screen, fill in:

• First name and Last name;
• Email - the confirmation link is sent here;
• Password - at least 10 characters, nothing else required.

Tick your agreement to the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. While the line under the button says "Verifying you are human…", wait a couple of seconds - the check usually passes on its own. Then press Create account.

Confirming your email

The Check your email screen appears. Open the email and follow the link - it is valid for 24 hours. Once confirmed, you are straight inside the app; no separate sign-in is needed.

No email? Check your spam folder or press Send it again on the same screen.

Your first campaign

After you confirm your email, the first-campaign wizard opens - the same one as Campaigns → New campaign. It has four steps: What to look for → Where to look → Agents → Limits and launch.

1. What to look for - name the campaign, in Describe who you are looking for write in your own words what you do and who your customer is, and tick Languages your customers write in. Press Next - the AI picks the words and shows the list The words we will search by.
2. Where to look - choose channels.
3. Agents - you can choose Continue without agents and add agents later.
4. Limits and launch - check the summary and press Launch campaign.

💡 Tip: the first step has an optional Company website field. Fill it in and Telegrin reads the site and fills in your AI-Brain - the description of your business the AI uses to write replies. Even without a website, an empty AI-Brain is filled from the campaign description.

Not ready yet? Press Skip at the top of the wizard - Home opens, and the wizard will not open by itself again. You can create a campaign at any time: Campaigns → New campaign.

The trial

On the trial you have 1000 credits and no time limit: the trial ends when the credits are used up. The campaign from the wizard spends them like any other - 1 credit per message the AI reads. On the trial, one campaign can have up to 3 channels, up to 2 languages and up to 10 keywords. Details - in the article "Plan and limits".

The "Getting started" card

On Home there is a Getting started card with three steps:

1. Create campaign - ticked as soon as a campaign exists.
2. Fill in the company AI-Core - or Check the company AI-Core, if the campaign has already filled it in from your description. Then it is enough to open the AI-Brain section and make sure everything is right.
3. Send your first reply - open a lead in the feed and send them a message.

The Continue button takes you to the next unfinished step. You can close the card or press Skip setup.

Below there is an optional line Connect the Telegram bot to receive signals in your messenger.

The Telegram bot

Subscribing to the bot does not send you leads by itself. Two actions are needed:

1. Subscribe: Settings → Notifications → Connect the bot → press Start in the bot.
2. Add the bot to campaigns: on the same screen press Add to campaigns - or on the campaign page: Pipeline → + → Delivery → Telegram bot → Add step.

What to do next

1. Go through the first signals in the Feed. Look at the Rejected by AI view too: it shows what the AI dropped - the best way to see whether the search is set up right.
2. Check the AI-Brain - the quality of replies depends on it.
3. If you want to reply on Telegram right from Telegrin or watch your own chats, connect a Telegram account: Settings → Accounts.

⚠️ Important: do not turn on Autopilot right away. First look through a few dozen drafts in Copilot mode, and move to Autopilot once the texts consistently suit you.
