Not everything Telegrin finds stays in your queue. Some of it the AI rejects, some you put away yourself. Both stay available - nothing disappears.

Rejected by AI

The Rejected by AI view in the feed shows two kinds of cards:

• Rejected by AI - the AI read the post and decided it is not a lead: not your subject, an advert, a peer's post, spam. The check cost a credit, so the card is not hidden. In the open card, unfold AI assessment: it shows the score marked Not a lead and an explanation of why the AI decided so.
• Dropped before the AI - the mark names the reason: Stop word, Wrong language, No keyword match or Post too short. The AI did not judge these posts.

Bringing a card back

If the AI got it wrong, open the card and press Mark as lead - the button is in the open card whichever view you opened it from. The card returns to your leads and waits for your decision; nothing is sent. If the campaign's responder writes replies with AI, a reply draft appears right away - that is 1 credit.

Replying without bringing it back

You can reply from a rejected card too: press Generate a reply: 1 credit or write your own text, then copy it and post it yourself - Open post takes you to the original. Sending from Telegrin is not possible even on Telegram and Threads: a card the AI rejected has no lead to write to. To send from here, press Mark as lead first.

The best tuning tool

In the first days of a campaign, look into Rejected by AI regularly:

• You see the leads you need - the AI is too strict. Bring them back with Mark as lead and clarify who you are looking for (see «How the AI decides whether a post is a lead» and «Too many or too few leads»).
• You see pure noise - everything works as it should.
• You see the same kind of noise - add a typical word to the stop words: such posts will then be dropped before the AI.

Why not a lead?

When you press Reject lead, the question Why not a lead? appears under the buttons (on a narrow screen or a phone - in the list, in the card's place). Answering takes one tap:

• Colleague / competitor;
• «wrong side» - depending on who the campaign looks for: Offering, not looking, Looking, not offering, Not a vacancy or Not a candidate. If the campaign looks for both sides, this button is not shown;
• Not my market, Off topic, Spam / bot;
• Other… - a short note of up to 200 characters, then Send the reason.

Answering is optional: the card is already gone, and there is Skip. The bulk Mark as not leads does not ask for a reason.

What three identical reasons do. If within 30 days you pick the same reason three times in one campaign - Colleague / competitor, «wrong side» or Off topic - such posts stop reaching that campaign's feed: from then on the AI drops them. The rule is recalculated every day over the last 30 days. Not my market, Spam / bot and Other… are counted but do not create rules. If you bring a card back with Mark as lead, its reason is forgotten.

For vacancies (the Jobs channel) the «wrong side» button is replaced by Corporation / public sector, An IT vendor like us and Staff hire, not contract. Three identical Corporation / public sector or Staff hire, not contract answers, and the campaign screen offers From your marks in the feed to narrow the vacancy filter: Apply or No need. The filter works before a vacancy is bought, so such vacancies leave both the feed and the bill.

The archive

The Archived view holds:

• cards you rejected with Reject lead or in bulk with Mark as not leads. They are marked Archived and have a Mark as lead button to bring them back;
• handled leads put away with the Archive icon. They are marked Handled · archived and have a Back to the feed button. They stay leads.

After Reject lead, Undo appears at the bottom for 7 seconds, so you can change your mind right away. You can also reply from an archived card: the reply box works as usual.

⚠️ Important: archiving does not recall a reply that was already sent. If the message went out, it is delivered - the card says so: Message sent, archiving will not cancel delivery.

When the person writes after archiving

If the person writes after the card went to the archive, it returns to the working feed on its own, marked New message from contact, and you can reply right away. A live conversation matters more than an earlier decision. All cards with a conversation are also collected in the Conversations view.

Archive or block

Blocking is the Block icon at the top of the open card.

💡 Tip: archive what does not fit right now. Block only spammers and people who asked you to stop writing: a block applies to every campaign at once.
