Feed: views and filters

The Feed is your main working screen. Everything your campaigns find lands here, from all channels at once. One row is one signal: a message, post or vacancy that matched a campaign. The screen works like a messenger: the list on the left, the open card on the right. On a narrow screen or a phone the card opens over the list.

Views

The view switcher is the first control above the list:

  • AI-selected - opens by default. Signals the AI recognised as leads or handed to you to decide. This is where the main work happens.
  • All - everything the campaigns collected, including what the AI rejected (those rows are paler). Only what you archived yourself is left out.
  • Rejected by AI - posts the AI checked and rejected, and those dropped before the AI. Details - see «Rejected by AI and the archive».
  • Archived - what you rejected or archived as handled.
  • Conversations - everyone you talked to: you replied or they wrote to you, even if the card is already archived.

Next to it is the Unread button (only what waits for your action), and on the right the sort order: Newest first or Relevant first (highest AI score on top).

Filters

  • Campaigns - one or several campaigns.
  • Keywords - appears once you pick a campaign with keywords of its own, and shows signals for specific words.
  • Channels - one or several channels; each shows how many signals it has.
  • Search by keyword - searches by the word that found the post, not by the whole text. Clicking it opens a list of your campaigns' words.

Filters combine with the view. If nothing matches, the screen offers Reset filters.

The read dot

A blue dot by a row means the card waits for your action and you have not opened it yet: a new signal with no decision, a new message from the person, or a reply that failed to send. Once the card has been open on your screen for a couple of seconds, the dot turns gray. A gray dot stays until the card has a decision. Clicking the dot toggles it: Mark as read or Mark as unread.

The open card

  • At the top - who wrote it (click the name to open their profile), the Open post button and two icons: Archive and Block.
  • Below - where and when it was written, the campaign and a status mark: AI-approved (the AI decided), Lead (you decided), Delivery failed (the reply did not go out). Rejected cards show Rejected by AI or the reason they were dropped before the AI: Stop word, Wrong language, No keyword match, Post too short.
  • When the AI is unsure, a warning sits above the text, for example Make a decision: AI is unsure or Attention: active history with this contact.
  • The signal text - the first five lines, then Show more.
  • Decision buttons right under the text: Mark as lead and Reject lead. If a decision is already recorded, the opposite one is offered - you can always change your mind.
  • AI assessment - a folded block: the score, why the AI decided so, and the Keyword: that found the post.
  • Further down is the conversation with the person, and at the bottom the reply box and Remind me (a dated task in the Tasks section). How to reply - see «Replying to a lead».

Keys: J and K - next and previous card, L - lead, X - not a lead.

«Archive» for a handled lead

When you are done with a lead - replied yourself, left a comment, had a call - press the Archive icon. The card moves to Archived marked Handled · archived, but it stays a lead: nothing is sent and the AI learns nothing from it. If the person writes again, the card comes back to the feed on its own. To bring it back yourself, press Back to the feed.

Pages, selection and export

The feed is split into pages: page numbers at the bottom and the page size - 10, 20 or 50 / page. New signals do not shift the page you are on: a pill such as «3 new» appears above the first page, and clicking it shows them.

Every row has a checkbox. As soon as something is selected, an action row appears above the list:

  • the square selects the whole page, the arrow next to it offers This page only or All (every signal matching the current filters);
  • Mark as leads and Mark as not leads work the same as the buttons on each card. For All, marking as leads is not allowed: a lead means a reply goes out. Mark as not leads for All asks for confirmation first;
  • Export to CSV - all filtered, with conversations or Export to CSV - selected, with conversations. The file has one row per signal: date, campaign, channel, author and profile link, post link and text, AI score, whether there was a reply, and the whole conversation; for vacancies also the company, location and description.

Where the cards come from

The feed is shared by all campaigns and all eight channels: Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, X, Bluesky, Hacker News and Jobs. Besides the feed, a campaign can send leads to the Telegram bot, Slack or a webhook - if you added that delivery to the campaign (see «Multiple lead delivery channels and their order»).
